At Crowley and Sons we are taking many precautions to keep our clients and our staff healthy and COVID-19 free. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sign in with your own phone: Scan a QR code on our front door or in our waiting room and sign in from your car. Once you sign in, call the office and advise us where you will be waiting.
• Socially distanced waiting rooms.
• Protective shields between clients and our staff.
• We disinfect the entire office with an Atomizer multiple times a day.
• We disinfect areas that have traffic in and out hourly with Clorox bleach wipes or similar product.
• All clients are required to wear masks inside the office.
• We have enhanced our Virtual Visits so you don’t have to leave your house (Zoom, Virtual Visits, email, fax etc.).
• Temperature checks at the front desks.

If you did not get your Stimulus Checks and you were supposed to, we will file the paperwork for you to receive them with your tax refund.

The IRS is taking 26 to 30 weeks to process any letters, amendments, and correspondence, and in some cases refunds. Come in early before the delays with the IRS grow.

NYS is not following in the footsteps of the IRS with all the Federal COVID-19 related changes.
